Senior Account Manager

BAHRAIN… FULL TIME

CLIENT SERVICES

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships across a portfolio of brands in Bahrain and the GCC. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their objectives, communicating progress, and ensuring campaigns are delivered with clarity and consistency. This is a senior role. You'll be expected to lead conversations, anticipate needs, and push back when necessary… all while maintaining strong, trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication with a portfolio of active clients

Translate client goals into clear briefs for the internal team

Present campaign results and strategic recommendations

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

Coordinate across creative, digital, and PR teams to ensure delivery

Participate in new business pitches and proposals

Requirements

3+ years in account management, marketing, or client services

Experience working in or with marketing agencies

Strong verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus)

Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

GCC market knowledge preferred… Bahrain experience is an advantage

Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without losing quality

Content Creator

BAHRAIN OR LEBANON… FULL TIME

CREATIVE

1–3 YEARS EXPERIENCE

The Role

We're looking for a Content Creator to produce visual and written content for our clients across social media, campaigns, and branded platforms. You'll work closely with account managers and strategists to produce content that is not only visually strong, but also purposeful and aligned with brand direction. This role is open to candidates based in either Bahrain or Lebanon. Remote arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Create visual content for social media, campaigns, and ads

Write captions, post copy, and short-form content in both Arabic and English

Follow brand guidelines and adapt content for different platforms

Collaborate with the strategy and account teams on content planning

Contribute to monthly content calendars across multiple client accounts

Stay current with social media trends and content formats

Requirements

1–3 years experience in content creation, design, or social media

Proficiency in design tools… Adobe suite or Canva Pro

Strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand consistency

Bilingual content writing in Arabic and English (mandatory)

Understanding of social media platforms and content performance

Portfolio of previous work required when applying

Video editing skills are a strong advantage
